Nova Earrings / 24k Gold Keum Boo, Silver, & Pearl Layered Earrings

It's my first time keum booing and I’m HOOKED. Each earrings is comprised of two components—a front layer of oxidized sterling silver, blown through in tatters of 24k gold keum boo, and a dangling pearl attached to the ear nut that peaks through the tattered top layer when worn. 
 
I first came up with this layered earring/ear nut idea last year and have been wanting to repeat it in a new design…I’m in love with the result and can’t wait to explore the magical pathways the ancient art form of keum boo will lead me down!
