Customer satisfaction is Nora's number one concern at Metalhead Jewelry. Please don't hesitate to contact Nora with any questions or concerns you may have--there is always a solution and Nora is happy to work with you to find it.

Refunds/Replacements:

Refunds or replacements may be issued if the piece of jewelry arrives defective or damaged, or breaks within 12 months of purchase due to normal wear. Jewelry that breaks due to user error can be fixed for a fee, if possible.
